Hannah hosted our session today and the weather stayed fine (in spite of the forecasters) for us to admire her beautiful garden.  And it is so well kept!  Subjects ranged from the minute (little flowers and grasses in the meadow) to the grand (Diana popped out through a little gate to do an atmospheric landscape view).  The Burmese cat seemed to enjoy our company too, though he fell out of favour with me when he tried to drink my painting water and upset it!
There were thirteen of us present and nine of us remained for tea, chat and photos.  The cakes were scrumptious, and the teas and coffees offered at intervals throughout the day were most welcome too - many thanks, Hannah.
Next week it's Mellis and Jane's.  Hope to see lots of you there.
