blacksmith's cottage nursery and wildlife gardens, 2nd june 2016
Brownie points go to the intrepid EAG members who braved the cold, the wind and the occasional shower to turn up at Blacksmith’s for our painting day. We were not greatly helped by the arrival of a coachload of Old Gits (no - I am assured that is what the group calls themselves) to fill up the coffee shop and gallery room in the morning. Nevertheless, our intrepid few managed some excellent sketching, as you can see below. As a plus, we were able to view our EAG Summer Exhibition there, which started yesterday.
