Extra - 2nd october 2021
I gather that not many (if any) made it to the final outing yesterday, but certainly Sally P has told me that a committee meeting was held, and that she didn't get started on the drawing below until lunchtime, at home. She said, 'I chose to draw the dying sunflowers in a vase at the end of my kitchen table. It started off as a pencil drawing, I then added ink pen and because that wasn't waterproof I went over the top in pastels! So for me a mixed media picture! I've labeled it The End Of Summer. Rather appropriate!' |

If anyone wants to come to the private view they are welcome, and I will be on the desk on the afternoons of Wed 6th and Tues 12th. So I look forward very much to seeing all of you again on Thursday 7th October for the AGM. Don't forget to bring your tea/coffee (biscuits will be available) and your 'Pleasures of Life' work to show. |
