A superb park, extending over 33 hectares of picturesque grounds and full of people enjoying themselves. It was opened in 1895.
After coffee and chat some members got busy straight away with some sketching and preliminary painting while others first took a tour of the Mansion with its fine collections of art and other museum items. PS We did not have a nude lady posing for us - one member preferred to work on her life drawing in the beautiful surroundings of the park!
