Pakenham watermill 1.9.16

Viewed from the roadside it may not look much, but go inside and it's wonderful:  the working mill, which grinds and sells flour, the old kitchen with brewing vat and bread oven, then through to the garden and mill pond with superb views to sketch, paint, photograph or just admire.  With sunshine to boot, we had a great day trying in our different ways to capture something of the location.  No doubt a number of us will go on to produce finished paintings from our work on the day.
