| It’s always lovely to visit Dorothy; she makes us so welcome and her home is like a mini-art gallery. The weather wasn’t quite so welcoming - that and family activities no doubt account for only seven members today. Shelter from the wind was appreciated, especially in the summerhouse. A few members visited a neighbouring garden too. Some interesting pictures were produced, from pencil and pen to watercolour and pastel. Also an oil (not shown, due to creator’s early departure). |  |
 | A proper afternoon tea was provided, with sandwiches, scones and cake (scrumptious) - all aided and abetted by Dorothy’s friend Christine. Many thanks to both. Don’t forget: next week we are invited to Sarah Hucklesby’s in Hemmingstone. |
