We were very well served by two Sallys today, each offering the opposite of what they did two weeks ago.  Sally L’s. still life setups each had two sides, with different colours and textures in each, giving everyone an interesting view.  Sally P. followed Sally L’s. holiday theme from two weeks ago, but offered one long pose, the holiday maker now ensconced in a deck chair, with a nice cup of tea to hand!
The two set ups give everyone a closer view, and there is the opportunity for lots of variety.
Next week is the portraits workshop, with numbers limited to those who have signed up.  Jackie has arranged for those who are not participating to go to The Bank (if they would like to), to be able to have a morning of drawing and painting there.  If you would like to know more, contact her.
We were also told that the first sale was made of the insect paintings within 24 hours of hanging!

Quite a challenge to follow Noreen’s impeccable photography and blog – hope I haven’t let her down!

Wow, Hannah, superbly done - and with some excellent sketches/drawings/paintings!
With my visitors today I went to the Earsham Wetlands Centre and saw our bug pictures on show. They look great.

Well done Hannah, you’ve passed the test! It all looks great. Noreen, you’ll be able to have more days off visiting fabulous exhibitions!
