Another fine Thursday. Mellis is a wonderful place for sketching/painting, whether outside with a broad landscape view or in Sally's intriguing little maze of a garden. And this time we also had horses, with a young foal, nearby. But they would keep fidgeting or running about - a real challenge, which brought tears of frustration (almost!) As usual, our work was very varied. Did I hear someone say something about nuns and nudes? Must get my hearing aids checked. Next week we are at Lackford Lakes, a Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserve. We also have our exhibition on at the Swan, Harleston - till Sunday 9th. (Another one there in August.) |
